If you are patient who received a notification letter from the health district, or if you know you had a procedure at the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada at 700 Shadow Lane, but did not receive a letter, resources for testing are listed below.

Patients with insurance should contact their provider for additional information regarding testing and payment information. Information from certain insurance providers is listed below. Patients without insurance can access service at one of the clinics listed below.
