As provided in Section 3.1, any person who begins the construction or extensive remodeling of a public accommodation facility that requires a building permit, must submit the plans to the appropriate Health Authority for review and approval. At least thirty days prior to beginning construction or remodeling of a public accommodation facility, the responsible person must submit construction plans with all schedules; e.g., floor plans, elevations, electrical schematics, etc., to the Health Authority for review and approval. Change-of-Owner: As provided in section 9.3.5, permits issued under this regulation are not transferrable for person to person or place to place. An Application and instruction sheet must be submitted for a new permit on an existing Public Accommodation.
