Southern Nevada Health District to Hold Public Workshops

LAS VEGAS – The Southern Nevada Health District will hold four workshops for the public to present views on the proposed Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act Hearing Officer Regulations and proposed revisions to the Regulations Governing the Sanitation of Food Establishments.
The public workshops are scheduled for:
Tuesday, February 27, 2007 from 10 a.m. until noon
Southern Nevada Health District

Thursday, March 1, 2007, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.

A public hearing will be conducted on March 22, 2007, at 9 a.m. during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Southern Nevada District Board of Health. The board will hear testimony and consider adoption of the new regulations and revisions to the existing food establishment regulations.
