Public Health Update: Hearing Officer Meeting

A hearing, under authority granted in Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 446.880, can be requested by a permit holder. At the February 20, 2013 hearing the following cases were adjudicated:

I. Matters Requiring Hearing Officer Action

1. Pumi Oriental Restaurant and Pumi Oriental Sushi Bar – PR0013998 and PR0014000- Hearing per request of recipient regarding Permit Suspension, Pending Revocation of Permits. (for possible action)

   Permits for Pumi Oriental Restaurant and Pumi Oriental Sushi Bar were revoked.
