Public Health Update: Hearing Officer Meeting

The Hearing Officer, under authority granted in Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 241.020, conducts hearings to settle cases involving restaurant, food facility, child care establishment matters. At the March 27, 2013 hearing the following cases were adjudicated:

I. Matters Requiring Hearing Officer Action

1. Rincon Catracho – PR0015529 – Hearing per request of recipient regarding Permit Suspension, Pending Revocation of Permit. (for possible action)Item continued to April 17, 2013 agenda.
2. A Small World Learning Center – PR0021611 – Hearing per request of recipient regarding Permit Suspension, Pending Revocation of Permit. (for possible action) Hearing officer revoked facility permit.
