Public Health Update: Hearing Officer Meeting

The Hearing Officer, under authority granted in Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 241.020, conducts hearings to settle cases involving restaurant, food facility, child care establishment matters. At the April 17, 2013 hearing the following cases were adjudicated:

I. Matters Requiring Hearing Officer Action

1. Rincon Catracho – PR0015529 – Hearing per request of recipient regarding Permit Suspension, Pending Revocation of Permit. (for possible action)Hearing officer revoked Rincon Catracho permit.
2. Xtreme Sushi & Japanese Cuisine – PR0021827 and PR0021829 – Hearing per request of recipient regarding Permit Suspension, Pending Revocation of Permit. (for possible action) Hearing officer lifted Xtreme Sushi & Japanese Cuisine permit from suspension with permit conditions. Failure to comply will result in permit revocation without further hearing.
