Public Health Update: Hearing Officer Meeting

The Hearing Officer, under authority granted in Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 241.020, conducts hearings to settle cases involving restaurant, food facility, child care establishment matters. At the September 13, 2013 hearing the following cases were adjudicated:

I. Matters Requiring Hearing Officer Action

Lee’s Buffet Corporation, Inc. – PR0099959, PR0099960, PR0099961 and PR0099962 -Hearing per request of recipient regarding Permit Suspension, Pending Revocation of Permits. (for possible action)Hearing officer revoked Lee’s Buffet Corporation, Inc. permit.
