From the time they are filled with water until the event is over and the venues emptied, temporary aquatic venues are required to have barriers meeting the requirements of Section 2-604 of the Aquatic Facility Regulations. In lieu of a compliant barrier, a security plan may be submitted and approved prior to the event, detailing a physical security presence at all times within the enclosure.
