COVID-19 Guidance for Food Establishments
As of June 1, 2021, food establishments are able to return to pre-pandemic operations. This applies to occupancy, disinfection requirements, and all types of food service operations. Facilities still need to meet any workplace requirements set forth by Nevada OSHA. Fully vaccinated people do not need to wear a mask in public areas except where required by federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
