Health District relocation update

LAS VEGAS — The Southern Nevada Health District has moved to its new public health center, 280 S. Decatur Blvd. at Decatur and Meadows Lane. However, due to unforeseen delays some services will be impacted longer than previously expected.

The Sexual Health Clinic and TB Clinic will open on Wednesday, Jan. 27, at 8 a.m., and the Immunization Clinic will open Friday, Jan. 29, at 8 a.m. at the new location. Environmental Health Division services resume at 8 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 27. Environmental health services that will be available at the Decatur Blvd. public health center include: Citizen complaints, food operations, public accommodations, subdivision review, and vector control.

Food Handler Safety Training Card, birth and death certificate services, and Emergency Medical Services and Trauma System services will resume at 8 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 26, at the new location as planned.
