PRE-REGISTER below to take your food handler card test at our Decatur, Fremont or Henderson location without an appointment. Walk-ins are accommodated as capacity allows 7:30–11 a.m. and 1:30–4 p.m. on operating days. When capacity is reached, you may be asked to return at a later time or date. Please visit your chosen location within 30 days to take your test.

• Only the client is permitted to enter the facility.
• You may have to line up outdoors. Prepare accordingly.
• Your photo will be taken. Head coverings are not permitted.
