Stay Protected This Season: Get Your Updated Flu and COVID-19 Vaccines

Fall 2024

The Southern Nevada Health District is now offering updated flu and COVID-19 vaccines for the 2024-2025 season. You can get both vaccines in a single visit! These vaccines are recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to safeguard against severe illness during this respiratory season.

Who Should Get Vaccinated?

  • Everyone 6 months and older.
  • High-risk individuals like those 65+, people with heart or lung conditions, and health care workers.

Why Vaccinate Now?

  • Flu and COVID-19 vaccines protect against circulating strains.
  • Last flu season resulted in 88 deaths and 1,403 hospitalizations in Clark County—let’s reduce that this year!

Cost and Insurance Coverage

  • Flu and COVID-19 vaccines are covered by most private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid plans.
  • Uninsured children can receive vaccines through the Vaccines for Children Program, and uninsured adults can access them through the State 317 Adult Vaccine Program.

Where to Get Vaccinated?
