Certified Food Safety Manager Card
A Certified Food Safety Manager Card signifies that you have completed a higher level of food safety training and passed a proctored exam through an agency accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). It complies with regulations that require a person in charge to have comprehensive understanding of food safety practices.
Effective December 1, 2023: An additional 10-question, multiple-choice food safety test (based on our local food regulations) will be administered in our office and must be passed in order to obtain the manager card.
The card is valid for up to five years (the expiration date of the card will match the expiration date on your ANSI-accredited certificate).
