• Your training certificate can be used in place of the plastic Food Handler Card / Health Card.
• The card should be kept on you, or readily accessible, and presented to a Health Inspector, your employer, or other officials.
• The card is valid for three years and can be renewed up to 60 days prior to the expiration date. Please visit www.snhd.info for information to renew your card or card.
• Please keep your card number, expiration date and photo legible for verification purposes.
• Do not deface or change the card in any way. Any modifications will void the card and you will need to reprint or obtain a duplicate.
