The Health District’s immunization clinics provide services by appointment. To schedule, please select the reason for your visit from the list below and then choose a clinic location for your appointment. You will be taken to our appointment portal to select a date and time and provide all requested information. On the day of your appointment, please arrive at the chosen location no more than 15 minutes prior to the chosen time.
