LAS VEGAS – January 23, 2007 – The Southern Nevada Health District has posted an on-line complaint form for reporting violations of the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act. The form is accessible at www.SouthernNevadaHealthDistrict.org. Additionally, guides for business owners have been finalized and will be mailed to establishments regulated by the health district by the end of this week. The guides are currently available on the health district website.
The health district will be implementing additional resources for reporting violations and developing regulations related to the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act through public workshops and public hearings.
