Health District immunization clinics available by appointment only

Online patient portal now available

LAS VEGAS – The Southern Nevada Health District’s immunization clinic services are available by appointment only, including the clinic at 280 S. Decatur Blvd. The online vaccine appointment system is now operational. Clients can visit the Patient Portal at https://vax4nv.nv.gov/patient/s to make all routine, back to school, travel, COVID-19 and monkeypox vaccine appointments. Appointment are required at all Health District immunization clinic locations. People who do not have online access or need additional assistance making appointments, may call (702) 759-0850.

Appointments are required at the East Las Vegas, Henderson, and Mesquite public health centers.
