Why: | The State of the Health District will celebrate the agency’s accomplishments, recognize achievements reached with community partners, set out policy goals for the upcoming fiscal year, and announce new public health initiatives to address healthy aging and recognize restaurants who implement environmentally-friendly practices. An updated Community Health Needs Assessment developed in conjunction with Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican will also be presented. |
