Temporary Events
Temporary aquatic venues are utilized for short term, time limited, site-specific events. Plan review for temporary venues is conducted in conjunction with special events.
The following application paperwork must be submitted at least 90 days prior to a temporary event:
- Temporary Event Submission Instructions – one per event
- Temporary Event Health Permit Application – one per body of water
- Temporary Event Permit Supplemental Form – one per body of water
- Temporary Aquatic Venue Staffing Information – one per event (can submit additional staffing forms, if needed)
In addition, the following plans must be submitted with the application paperwork:
- Photometric plan
- Barrier/Security plan
- Lifeguard plan
- Maintenance/Cleaning plan
- Site plan
- Venue layout and plumbing plan
- All equipment specifications
