The Regulations Governing the Sanitation and Safety of Body Art Establishments were created in 2022.  These regulations, which became effective on July 1, 2022, replace both the Regulations Governing the Sanitation of Tattoo & Permanent Makeup Establishments and the Regulations Governing the Sanitation of Body Piercing Establishments.
