An application packet will be emailed to you along with instructions or can be picked up at our office located at 280 S. Decatur Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89106. Please read and fill out entire application packet to avoid delays in the permitting process.

If you are unable to submit your application electronically, you may drop off your packet at our office.

1. An appointment will be scheduled after staff confirms that your application packet is complete with all the necessary supporting documents as specified in the Instructions for Submission.

1. An invoice will be provided to you for the permit and plan review fees as specified in the EH Fee Schedule.
2. Payment is due upon receipt and may be made online at EH Invoice or in person prior to your appointment.
3. Fees are non-refundable; therefore, it is highly recommended that you research other applicable jurisdictional requirements prior to applying for a health permit.

All fees must be paid prior to inspection. Mobile Vendor units will be inspected at the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) office located at 280 S. Decatur Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89106. Park behind the Number 4 pole in the parking lot. Check-in with the Environmental Health staff. Directions will be provided for other permits when your appointment is scheduled.

Failure to notify SNHD staff at least 24-hours prior to your appointment time of a cancellation will result in a missed appointment fee of $239.00. Failure to arrive on-time may result in cancellation of your appointment with a missed appointment fee of $239.00.

Your permit will be issued to you upon passing your plan review inspection. If you do not pass your initial inspection, a final inspection will be scheduled with your assigned inspector. Failure of a final inspection will result in a $239.00 fee for any subsequent inspections required for final approval of permit.
