A solid waste management facility in Clark County must submit an application for a permit, permit modification, or permit transfer to the Solid Waste Plan Review (SWPR).

There are two types of permit application processes:

1. Initial Permit
2. Modify Existing Permit

Permit applications are to be submitted electronically via the Health District’s Solid Waste Portal.
